Group Leader

Sharon Kevern
Sharon joined the group in 1999 as a volunteer, became a full member of staff in 2000 and took over as group leader in 2006. Sharon has NVQ Level 3 Early Years Care & Education, Level 3 Play work and Level 4 Childrens’ Care Learning & Development. Sharon has 3 sons, 1 daughter and 5 grandchildren. Sharon is the group’s designated safeguard lead.

Deputy Group Leader

Carly Ricketts
Carly joined us in September 2019 as Deputy but had worked for us before back in 2013.  Carly is NVQ level 3 qualified in Childcare and has her Level 3 Play work. She has lots of experience with children of all ages. Before joining us, Carly was working as a room leader at another local pre school. Carly is the group’s deputy designated safeguard lead.

Keyworkers

Emma Smith
Emma started working at the group in 2017. She has a level 3 qualification in Childcare. Emma has 3 children of her own.

Jane Farnhill
Jane joined the group in 2017. She has an NVQ3 in Childcare and has previously worked with young people with additional needs. She has two children of her own.

Christine Coull
Christine joined the group in 2017. She has a level 3 qualification in Childcare and previously worked for over 20 years as Playleader at a local pre-school before it closed. She has 2 grown up children of her own.

Jill O’Loughlin
Jill joined the group in 2018. She has a level 3 qualification in childcare and worked at another pre-school for seven years before it closed. She has three teenage children of her own.

Natalie Langdown
Natalie joined the group in January 2019. She has a level 3 qualification in childcare and was previously working as a therapy assistant at Dorset County Hospital.

Natasha Cowan
Natasha joined the group in September 2019. She has a level 3 qualification in childcare and was previously working at another pre-school.

Helen Hanrahan
Helen joined the group in February 2020. She has a level 3 qualification in childcare and has previously worked in a local nursery and privately as a nanny.

Administrator

Nicola Roper
Nicola has worked at the group since March 2003. Previous to this, Nicola was a civil servant working in Northern Ireland and on Blandford Camp. Nicola has two children of her own. Nicola is the group’s mental health first aider and the designated committee safeguard lead.
